Membership Agreement
Effective Date: April 5, 2025
1. General Terms
This Membership Agreement governs your access and use of Sevdam, a platform providing digital matchmaking services. By registering or using Sevdam, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Sevdam. By agreeing to this Agreement, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
3. Membership and User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
- You are solely responsible for any activities that occur under your account.
- You agree not to use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Harassment, stalking, or threatening other users
- Uploading offensive, harmful, or explicit content
- Spamming or advertising commercial services
- Creating fake profiles or misrepresenting your identity
5. Termination
Sevdam reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates this Agreement or is deemed harmful to the community.
6. Content Ownership
You retain all rights to the content you post. However, by submitting content to Sevdam, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purposes of operating the service.
7. Modifications
We may update this Membership Agreement at any time. If material changes are made, we will notify users via the app or email. Continued use of Sevdam indicates your acceptance of any updates.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Sevdam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any user content. We are not liable for damages resulting from the use of the platform.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
